With a brilliant capacity for breathing life into lyrics and melodies, Tiffany reveals the sound, soul and spirit of a world-class vocalist on the edge of eminence.
Raised in a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia, Tiffany made her entree into performing with music, acting and dancing. After landing various TV/film roles such as Shannon McNulty in an episode of the TV series Millennium, mischievous Tina in Disney’s The Ultimate Christmas Present, and various principal commercial roles, Tiffany stepped onto a musical pathway that soon became her focus. Her travels led her to work with LA’s legendary vocal coach Seth Riggs (Michael Jackson, Barbra Streisand, Stevie Wonder) who was wowed by her voice and introduced her to music manager Dan Cleary (Natalie Cole) who managed her until his retirement.
Tiffany has shared the stage with David Foster, Mark Masri, Ben Harper, Jackson Browne, Bobby Kimball (Toto), Loverboy, Colin James, Jully Black, Destino, and Jarvis Church (Philosopher Kings). Tiffany was first runner-up in the Victoria region of the David Foster Star Search which later led to invitations by the Foster team to perform “The Prayer” in Foster’s honor.
Tiffany made her presence known to thousands when she was hand-picked to perform the theme song “Because We Dream” at the 2010 BC Summer Games. Written by Doug Johnson (Loverboy) and Don Wells, Tiffany performed the song at both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Games in front of an audience of 10,000 people.
In 2009, Tiffany collaborated with the writing/producing team SOS Productions and released her self-titled debut album. In 2010, she released a club version of “When I See You Smile,” the classic 1989 power ballad penned by Diane Warren and originally recorded by Bad English. Remixes of the track were created by an exciting batch of top remixers including the U.K.’s Future Freakz (Akon) and Klubjumpers (L’il Wayne, Michael Bublé). The single, which was released on Dauman Music Label, reached the top 10 on the UK pop club charts.
Contemporary Pop and Dance elements describe Tiffany’s new single “High,” which was released in April 2011, and co-written with and produced by Steve Smith and Anthony Anderson of SA Trackworks. “High” was a finalist out of 16,000 worldwide entries in the 2011 International Songwriting Competition, where Tiffany won an Honorable Mention in the Dance/Electronica category. In addition, “Like I Would For You”, from her self-titled album, was a Finalist and received “Honorable Mention” in the Vocal Performance category of the 2011 Unsigned Only Competition.
Tiffany’s unique ability to sing both pop and classical styles has led to performance opportunities with the classical crossover groups Il Voce and Classical Nouveaux. Key performances include TEDxVancouver 2012, 2010 Olympics, 2011 Variety Show of Hearts Talent Show, Urban Rush, CTV Canada AM, Canuck Place Charity Event “The Gift of Time,” and Global TV Christmas Show. A recent graduate from the University of British Columbia Bachelor of Music program, Tiffany won the BC Provincials in Intermediate, Senior and National classical voice on three separate occasions, and she later went on to represent British Columbia in the Nationals.
